If the book was bought on Amazon, you need to make sure your kindle accounts are updated to show 'kindle for mac' and 'kindle for iPhone' and then they will automatically stay in sync using Amazon Whispersync.

As its only 4 weeks old you still have telephone support so ring AppleCare and see what they say first before travelling to the Apple Store. Alternatively make a Genius appointment at the Apple Store and buy something else when you are there just to make the trip worthwhile! :D

Turned out it was cake icing from wedding cake she had in her pocket. Don't put yourself down. It was probably a one-off occurrence. I always carry wedding cake in my pocket, and it has never happened to me. :lol: :lol: :lol: Like it :D :D

On a separate but sort of related note I have been having niggles with the iTunes Store when downloading Apps on my iPhone. I've been getting an "Unable to Purchase" message but then the App downloads ok after a short pause. I do wonder if all these problems are related to the iTunes...

T Mobile sim in iphone

I use my T-Mobile Blackberry SIM in my iPhone 4 and swap between devices. (Cut down SIM) and it works fine. Are you quite certain that the iPhone has been unlocked?

Well I managed to get someone else with a completely different phone (Nokia N93i) to try an MMS, and it worked perfectly, so I'm guessing the problem was with the original sender's phone!

I went 3G because I needed the GPS function and didn't want the faff of using with my MiFi. I use the 3G side only rarely though so had the base model been fitted with GPS I might have been happy to go with that.

I used to work at Orange and I can tell you that the provisioning queue (the queue of SIMs to be activated) is massive and usually about 3 days long.
