Because it says "This programme is not currently available on BBC iPlayer"

Afraid not Tom. That's a discussion about 'Emma' on the Melvyn Bragg prog 'In Our Time'.

Trying to insert a screenshot of the Emma window on the iPlayer website but keep getting
"It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image"

Then get the URL for the image and then enclose it in url tags, that might work. (Substitute [url]...[/url] for [img]...[/img])

Or just paste in the iPlayer page url from the title bar.

For the forum to recognise an image directly it has to be a normal image hosted online, not a nested link.

And Tom is actually Tony! :-)

Can you play it on iPlayer? If so, all you need is a suitable audio recorder on your Mac (Audacity is free) then you can record it as you listen, if you can't download.

Have been trying to include image in my post using the rules given to me by Leewave in the past i.e.

Obtain an image
Insert into Dropbox Public Folder
Right click the file and select Copy Public Link
Paste it into the body of the post
Select it and the click Img
Click preview to check it
Submit

I have Copy Dropbox Link but no Copy Public Link.

I can play it on iPlayer but when I open Audacity window I come over all faint as I can't understand any of it!
Don't understand Leewave's last two lines either.
Apologies to Tony for getting his name wrong.

Piezo might be a little better then. It can record from just one application and ignore all other sounds.
