In the past I have received emails ok from colleagues who use MS Outlook. However recently I find I am not getting any of their emails although I have no blocks or rules to stop them and to my knowledge nothing has changed. They are not going to a spam folder or anywhere else on my Mac so does anyone else have this problem or know of a cure. I have suggested that they use Google mail or any web based mail service instead but they are reluctant. Any constructive help appreciated.
