Hi My other half is about to get a new phone. Convinced her an iPhone is the way to go. Being a girl she likes the look of the White one. Is it any better spec than a black one. I have seen a few offers on contract deals, but only on the black iPhones. Just want to see if you get anything extra for splashing out on a White one. |

No. They're the same. And the new iPhone 5 is coming along in a few months - might be worth waiting for the announcements next week at WWDC to see if there's any news on timing or specs...? |

As your girlfriend is going to be new to the iPhone experience, I would suggest getting one now as iPhone 5 will invariably be more expensive. The white iPhone is really only a couple of months old, but I would be surprised if network providers are not busily ordering phones to meet demand. |
