When I open my iPhone I invariably get this message:

App Installation. "server.mobiledevicemanager.com" is about to install and manage the app "3CX MDM Client". Your iTunes account will not be charged for this app. Cancel/Install.

Should I install this?

Rule of Thumb - If you don't know what it is or didn't ask for it to be installed, don't install.

I had Googled it before I posted. But the search result didn't tell me if the app would be any use to me or why it had suddenly appeared when I had NOT requested it.
