Volume keeps resetting

Since the OS9 upgrade my volume on settings>sound>ringer & alerts keeps resetting the volume to mute. Anybody else having this problem. Have Googled and quite a lot of iPhone users are having it too.
Haven't found a fix yet unless somebody else has.
