Is there any way of disabling/deleting/trashing the ridiculous "Breathe!" app on my Watch?
This is a classic example of nannyism (& if this isn't a dictionary word, it should be). It's a completely unnecessary distraction which occurs several times a day.

Ah Tony,
You're on the ball again! I'd never followed up that 'Breathe Reminders' option. The "None' selection is exactly what's required. Thank you for your near instantaneous reply.

One of Apple's key features for Watch is health and fitness and the Breathe app is part of that. You can't call it "nannying".
And it's not hard to turn it off pretty much like everything else you don't like.
