My iPhone 6 Plus needs to go for repair as it is continuaaly trying to switch itself on but is failing - the Apple logo is constantly appearing and disappearing but the 'phone never gets to the point where it actually works!
In order to keep connected my plan is to buy a cheap unlocked mobile 'phone and put the SIM card from my iPhone in it whilst my iPhone is being repaired.
My iPhone has a nano SIM card. Will any "ordinary" mobile on the market accept a nano SIM if an adaptor card is also used? I can buy a brand new 'phone for around £10 and I shall only use it for a couple of days.
Or is there a better way?

You already asked us, but an adapter will adapt it to a bigger size.
What about your Numbers query?
