Not a lot. I could post a link but nahhh you can search if you need more.
There is a beta battery monitor in iPhone. More animojis on the X (I think animojis are completely naff but then what do I know?). I saw something about no ads in Music videos (I don't watch them). New privacy warnings when something tries to get at your data. They dropped AirPlay2 so no stereo HomePods yet.
My Watch seems to be the same but apparently it can control the HomePod volume. Meh. Siri can do that already.
mac OS 10.13.4 took ages. When I did the mini with Server, it recommended I downgrade the Server version. Maybe part of them removing functionality? Either way I took their recommendation.
I'm sure there are other bits and but it all looks the same so maybe I'll find stuff if I ever need it.
Anyone with something to add? I've kept it brief.

We got that Watch achievement in January before we had done the required effort (see Got A Watch thread). That's one bug they say they fixed, unearned achievements. I did actually qualify for it but no date stamp on the back.

Quote from linked page - "Apple has acknowledged that iOS 11.3 and later versions have the potential to disable the microphone on some iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models".
