I watched the event and was a bit disappointed in the range announced. No new iMac, so still with 7th Gen. Intel. A new MacBook Air that looks good, if you like that size, with Retina and two ports. The mini got beefed up after four years. The new iPad Pro looks really spiffy.

I fancy an iMac but I can wait for whatever the next thing is.

The main takeaway for me is iOS 12.1 is out today, presumably after 18:00 as usual. I'll see if it includes TVOS after I've done my iThings.
