Offloading Unused Apps

I used the "Offload Unused Apps" to free up some space for an update. Now I can't seem to turn it off. Apps keep getting offloaded and not being available when I'm away from wifi.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Presumably you have toggled the Offload switch under Settings > iTunes & App Store?

Thanks for that. I "Enabled" the offload in Setting>General>iPhone Storage. I wasn't aware of your option. I've now disabled it. :D
