My wife's iPhone 6 has lost all our reminders this morning, whereas our iPad and iPhone SE running the latest update are all synced. The 6 is not included in the latest update and is running version 12.4.2.
Having looked at the apple support site there does not seem any way to reinstall the 30 reminders without retyping them all in. What to stop them all disappearing again. I am going to try a restore last backup from iTunes. (I have not updated the MBP to Catalina as some of our apps are incompatible and are awaiting upgrades)

The iCloud Reminders database is updated by iOS 13 and is not compatible with iOS 12. I recall there is a warning notification as part of iOS 13 update process that is easily misunderstood and will get clicked 'OK' - I clicked it myself without reading it, as mentioned in the iOS 13 thread.

Ah yes, now Reminders can store Reminders, whereas before Reminders could store Reminders.
