My sister has created her Facebook avatar on her iPhone 6. I have a newer iPad (2017) with the latest iOS but I can't see anywhere to create my own.
Anyone any thoughts on this?

I could only find it in Facebook on my iPhone X, not on my iPad, so it seems it is a phone-only "feature."
