This may not be what you want but if you go Settings > Siri & Search > then scroll down, you can switch off an app's ability to show in the Search Suggestion. You can knock out the ones you don't ever want to see one by one. Or is that a workaround rather than fixing?

iOS/iPadOS 14.4.1 available. WatchOS 7.3.2. Nothing for TV or HomePod, it seems.

Any predictions about when iOS and iPadOS might finally fall out of step? I only ask as the iPad Pro seems a direct competitor to the MB Air; Apple already has 3 1/2 operating systems and it seems logical 3 1/2 should become 4.

The security update was to patch two zero-day vulnerabilities, which if exploited, could allow hackers to execute malicious code, even on fully up-to-date devices.
Updating the HomePods was fun. One was downloading the 14.5 update while telling me it was already on 14.5. I tried restarting and powering off/on but it stayed stuck. In the end I removed it and set it up again and it now behaves properly. One thing is they won't play Planet Rock radio because it isn't found in Apple Music. I can stream it via the app (iOS/Mac) so it is there. I'll wait a few days and try again. It could be a snag with TuneIn as much as anything else.

Nothing for iPad at this time.

I'm hoping Apple have fixed the battery drain problem which was rampant in the previous versions of both OS.

Something I have noticed - my Watch no longer unlocks via my iPhone. I have checked all the settings but no luck. Passcode only. I didn't mention it at first but as it has constantly failed since the update, it seems it is a thing. Or I am unlucky. I have tried turning them both off and on again --edit-- I did some searching and it is a thing. Now we know.

Same with mine, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. When it does, VERY slow to do it.
