iPhone Not Showing In Finder

Just connected my iPhone to my MBA(MacOS 11.6) and this is all that shows in Finder:

My wife's doesn't appear at all, although both will trigger Photos to open.

Any ideas please?

Off the top of my head, you list in your sig an iPhone 5S with a BS Mac, so maybe your iOS version is too low. But that is a pure guess.

Thanks, lougher. I eventually found a fix on another forum. Resetting Location and Privacy in iPhone>Settings>General>Reset fixed mine. Haven't tried the wifes yet.
