Until a few days ago, Mum and I Facetime'd without problems (she's very deaf and FT helps a lot). However, we now can't connect with each other, but both of us can FT my sisters so it's not an app problem.

The app seems to be ringing out as normal but the message at the bottom never replaces with Connecting..., but ends with the 'FT Unavailable' message with the green 'Call Back' and 'Leave Message' buttons.

What could have suddenly gone wrong? As I say, it's only between me and mum, otherwise it's working normally.

Can your Mum ring you?

I wonder if she has accidentally blocked you or can you ring her normally?
