Great player! I've got a uke, smaller than his, but I bet I annoy the neighbours more. (Three minute Rolex ad from 7:00...)

Jesus Hooligan doing the punk version of Leadbelly's Where Did You Sleep Last Night. The slide guitar is what the original should've had! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJFeeapy ... r_embedded

Anyone in Islington fancy a different night out? Just noticed this gig: Focus (remember Hocus Pocus?) will be playing in Islington Town Hall in Upper Street tomorrow night Weds 30th, supported by original rock from The John Young Band.

While I often mention , it doesn't mean I like everything they play; however, we've just had a run of five good tracks, with four that have to be played loud. Brave when you consider it's based in California and it was 4am there! Notting Hillbillies - Your Own Sweet Way (the calm before the storm ) Stevie Wonder - You Haven't Done Nothin' Gnarls Barkley - Crazy Joan Osborne - Shake Your Hips John Lee Hooker - This Is Hip

'Crazy' - utterly silly, but fun and fit for purpose. Slim Harpo for 'Shake Your Hips'.
