Swansea City safe thanks to their last couple of wins and Hull's loss today. Phew, that was close this season. They were bottom in December.

The football season is over. My Fantasy Football team came 1,897,642th out of 4,503,345 with 1,790 points. I had a lousy season but made the top 50%. I have done better. Ah, well, next year.

A big weekend for Exeter with the Chiefs winning the Aviva Premiership Rugby Championship in dramatic fashion yesterday. A true nail biter going into extra time and an impressive feat considering they gained promotion only seven years ago.
Today it is the turn of Exeter City who are in the League Two playoffs at Wembley against Blackpool. City were bottom of the league in November and went on a run of results that I didn't see coming.

Wolves Carl Ikeme has been diagnosed with Acute Leukaemia aged just 31. Routine blood tests during pre-season showed irregularities and further testing revealed the reason.

Nobody likes Wolves and their Old Gold  but nobody would wish that on a player (well, anyone really). If caught early it should go well. I'm sure the club will make sure he gets the best.
