I had my day today so elegantly planned. Everything staged and packed so I could attack my agenda with speed and efficiency. Breakfast, gym, shower, snack, meeting, lunch, another meeting, snack. Meals, changes of clothes, iPod, tidy, organized, ready to roll.
Too bad it all hinged on me setting my alarm for 4:45 AM (and not, say, 4:45 PM).

Oh I couldn't agree more Costas. I set my alarm for 08:30 but ignored it and didn't get out of the sack until 10:38 which means my workday of doing sod-all has been completely messed up, I now have two hours less in which to do nothing. Bummer! PS: JP, I hate birthdays. Not just mine, everybody else's too. I just can't say haaa...haapp... nope, it's like the Fonz trying to say "sorry".

My computer chair just broke, it's one of those up and down motion ones, it now won't stay up and I'm typing this from a slightly annoying angle!

Many thanks for the birthday wishes from everyone. It's back to work today though.

What happened at 3:47am today, that there was a record number of visitors to the board?
Too weird for mundane? I dunno.

Another day hoists its pale, unwanted husk over the horizon. There have been many times over the years I've whinged about not having any work but not in the entire history of our business have myself and my associates simultaneously and at the same time had absolutely zero work to do and not many opportunites to lighten the immediate future. It was one of my best years up to the middle of September and now all three of us are suddenly reduced to cold-calling. It's like being a teenager again, only without the getup'n'go.
