I use safari as my main browser, but I am a web designer/developer so I do cross-browser checks in lots of browsers and use chrome/opera for various testing tasks.
For a while now opera has been painfully slow to start up - like 4-5 mins just to load the home page or any page that I open it with. I've just upgraded from 11.6 to 12 hoping that would fix the issue, but no. I've tried deleting prefs in the library/preferences folder, no luck. also deleted everything in the application suppport/opera folder, but still no good and it still remembered my default homepage so perhaps it's storing things somewhere else as well?
anyone else finding it slow to start?
