Many apologies for the blanket post.

With just under a week to go, and my body in less than optimum shape, I will be foolishly running the inaugural 11km Run2Remember, in aid of the Royal British Legion in Lydiard Park, near Royal Wootton Bassett on the 10th November. I am running with three friends to remember all serving soldiers of WWII.
