I am also delighted that "it" works.
Along with Mike; what is "it"?
What is "bumping" a thread? Do you mean "unsubscribing" from one?
I have checked out an old thread of mine. I don't see anything identifiable as a "bump topic button". Not in the last post; not anywhere. The unsubscribe button is always present - if you have participated in a thread, or subscribed to it.
I need some enlightenment today. Thanks.

Why use the bump function rather than posting to either provide or ask for more information? Not that I'm dismissing it, but there are other ways to bring a thread back to the top.
