Rebuilt (sort of) but still not open. Didn't the council order only the rebuild, but no orders about operating it as a pub again?

Surprise! 2021 update... https://www.hamhigh.co.uk/news/carlton- ... ld-6886220Covid allowing, the pub should be finished by March and open in April. CLTX - new name Carlton Vale Ltd - would apparently still like to build flats into the upper floors, plans very likely be appealed against. Rumour: could Carlton Vale and its new Moroccan owner be cosying up to the idea of investing in the boozer business? Gotta try to recoup the rebuild money from the site somehow!

Very useful in more ways than one, giving a precedent in addition to ACV's for putting the brakes on developers... and the pubcos.
