I like to watch the occasional sports event - which isn't being broadcast locally - by visiting various streaming sites. Recently, they all seem to have changed to registration - and pay - only. I've been using these sites for years; this is new.
What sites are you using that are (really still) free?
Thanks.

I believe . theres something called a Kodi box(??) that can be purchased for not a lot of money, which will stream all live sporting events?

Thanks. A quick look leaves me not understanding much of what I see. And, I live in das Vaterland - which further muddies the water.
In the meantime, I have found one site which works. I watched the Davis Cup match today between Croatia and Argentina.

I think we need to watch what we say on here. These sites can be illegal and discussing where to get them on here might get us in trouble. I think it should be ok to talk about them, just not where to get them

I read you. Well, as you can see: The moderators have not objected and I haven't identified any site/service - and don't intend to.
Perhaps my original post should have been: "What sites are you using that are (really still) free? Please PM me."
And I'm still looking for sites.

It seems the sale of a Kodi box is lawful in the UK, but may not be if it contains software that allows piracy.

I presume it's ok to talk about sites that USED to stream live sports but no longer? One such was WYSYWYG (or some such) but their site now gives an apology that they have been forced by threat of legal action to "cease and desist".
