Hmm - as long as only London council tax payers have to cough up. Unfortunately it will be considered a "national" benefit(!) and we'll all have to pay. Anyway, I need to be convinced it's not a late April Fool joke

Most, if not all, of those bridges have lights and are lit up anyway - so I don't have a problem with it.
