Is this a scam?

I have a Pay Pal account but haven’t used it for many years - though could've forgotten I suppose. Today received this on my phone:

“Your Paypal account has been limited due to a failed payment request. Please visit: https:// etc., etc. “

Tapping link I’m required to sign in. I’ve got all the necessary details, but my email address for Paypal is an ancient one that I haven’t used for years and can’t access.

Do I ignore, or use Paypal’s Contact Us link?

No-one's been in touch, asking why I haven't paid.

Sounds like a scam ignore, in the email just hover your cursor over any link(dont click on it) you will
see a popup does that match the address. if it does not then its a fake/scam.

LOL, I guess the 5 day thing is so they could squirrel away the funds & get out of Dodger.

Deleted it yesterday.

Yeah, I have no idea how to Show All Headers on an iPad, put the Pay Pal link on yours was likely hiding the real link, try copying the link & pasting in Text Editor or such.
