Bad news, Tony:
UK announces stiff new advice on drinking alcohol:
The new guidelines suggest that both men and women should regularly drink no more than 14 units of alcohol per week.
That's the equivalent of six small glasses of wine or five pints of beer at 5% ABV strength.
They're only guidelines, however - so they shouldn't stop anyone I know (of).
I'm not adjusting my stock portfolio just yet.
A toast, anyone?

Look, honestly, I just don't know where else to put this tongue-twister - but all this talk (and in the case of Tony, more than talk) of drinking has reminded me of it. Drinking is optional - although I guess that it can't hurt - but speed is of the essence.
