It is a Selmer La Vie alto sax that originally was on sale for £3000. My wife is reluctantly selling it because she has been recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and now can no longer hold anything that is heavy. Also the illness has affected her breathing and she finds it hard to play any instrument like that.
It comes complete with a stand, a large collection of music books, complete cleaning kit, a hard case and a number of unused VanDoren reeds.
She is asking £799 for it, which is a reasonable price given that it is in excellent, almost mint condition.
She would prefer that the lucky new owner could collect but she could arrange to have it professionally packed by Sax Co in London and dispatched.
