I have for sale 2 x Seagate Free agent FireWire 500GB external hard drives - Silver. These are really handy as TimeMachine backups for older Macs with Firewire and will work with newer macs with a suitable Thunderbolt > Firewire adapter.
The drives themselves require their own power source (will come with power adapters) and each have 2x FireWire 800 ports (but obviously support the older FW 400 with a suitable adapter or cable). They also have a mini-USB port.
One of the drives has been opened up and the disk replaced with a 2TB drive, but I will revert it to the original 500GB drive, The point beining they can be replaced with larger disks if needed. Both drives are fully working.
looking for (was£27) £20 posted (UK mainland) for each 500GB drive to include power adapter FW 800 - FW 800 cable & FW 800 - FW 400 cable. £40 for both together...
or £62 shipped to USA
For an extra £20 I could replace one of the 500GB disks with a 1TB, the second drive would retain it's 500GB disk.
