Yes, it depends on the level of sophistication you're after. Are you talking about recording a Skype call or just the phone? Put your phone on speakerphone and open a new QuickTime sound recording from a microphone.

Okay, I was answering from the perspective of not calling from an iPhone but then we are talking about the iPhone / iOS forum aren't we? Sorry I did not clock what you are asking.

I believe there are apps that will cost to buy, if not use. I'll let lorimer research that. A quick search along the lines of "record iphone conversation". Here's one I prepared earlier

Lougher & Leewave,
Brilliant answers, especially Leewave's – by using Voicemail.
As Lougher suggests, I could have found that, but many thanks for doing it for me. Most appreciative,
Lorimer

When I posted that, I later thought it sounded a bit cheeky but was offline for the night. Flippant was another word. Sorry about that, it was not my intent. I just did a quick search before submitting and picked the top result, Blue Peter style, hence the wink.

Loughor,
There is always room for humour – provided it's not taken the wrong way. Methinks we're often too serious. Your flippancy is absolutely fine.
P.S. What were you doing up at 04:47 (unless you're in a time zone somewhere in East Russia?!).

Glad you took it as intended but even so, well, you know. That was posted at 05:47. Maybe your forum times setting is still BST? Just leave it and you will be right from Sunday, if that is the case.

Yes that is what I meant, of course - setting not BST - d'oh!
